Over-sized Item Delivery Policy

Over-sized items are large rolls that must ship through a freight carrier based on meeting one or more of the following criteria:

  • Weight is 300 lbs or more when packed
  • Length or width measure 8 feet and above

Shipping Over-sized Items

An over-sized item will indicate that it leaves our warehouse in 1-10 business days and that it has 1-4 week delivery after the item ships, unless otherwise specified in the product details. Over-sized items cannot be shipped to rural routes - Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Your items will be delivered curbside -  this means the product will arrive at your curb, but does not include unloading of the truck. This is primarily due to insurance and liability limitations from the delivery services. Please make sure to have the proper means to unload your purchase, whether it be a hand truck, or extra set of hands.

Delivery

Persons 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. The carrier will arrange an appointment with you for delivery as soon the product arrives at their facility.

Unloading Product Policy - Residential (Rolls over 300 lbs and above)

Receiving business party is responsible to remove the product from the truck to its designated residential area. Drivers are not responsible for removing the product from the truck by hand. Make sure to have the manpower or the tools necessary to help carry the product with you.

Scheduling Your Delivery

The freight carrier will call you prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you. Carriers are only able to deliver Monday-Friday during normal business hours, and they will give you a 4-hour delivery window. Inform the carrier if you have any circumstances that could affect the delivery (additional fees may apply) such as:

  • Very narrow driveway
  • Dead-end street
  • Ferry for island locations, etc. (fees may apply)
  • The driver will need to park in a particular place
​Storage Fees: Daily storage fees may also apply if you do not accept delivery within 5 business days of the freight carrier’s first attempt to schedule delivery. Inability to connect with freight company within the allotted time will result to an automatic cancellation of your order, the product will be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be initiated. Depending on your region, shipping delivery times may slightly vary. Please make sure not to miss your delivery appointment; you may incur additional delivery fees such as re-delivery, storage charges and/or return shipping costs.
