If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product within 30 days of shipment provided that the items are still in sellable condition.

Items cannot be returned if:

  • They have been altered, mishandled or damaged
  • It is marked as non-returnable, non-refundable sale
  • It has been installed or show signs of installation

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Only purchases made directly from and qualify for the 30-Day Return and Exchange program.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

For all precut turf pieces, you have 45 days from the original ship date to make returns. Returns can be made by mail. Print the return number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box. To confirm whether your item is returnable, contact us.

For all custom cuts turf, returns are subject to restocking fees of 30% of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. EcoGreen America reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for a refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment. For custom cuts turf, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
