How to Return an Item

We understand purchases don’t always work out. We work with you to make the process fast and easy. Items may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of shipment provided that the items are in still sellable condition.

Items cannot be returned if:

  • They have been altered, mishandled or damaged
  • It is marked as non-returnable, non-refundable sale
  • It has been installed or show signs of installation
  • It is a custom-made at time of sale

We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Small Parcel Returns

Carefully pack the item in its original shipping wrap. Print the return number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box. Visit your local FedEx or UPS store to ship the items back to us. See Small Parcel to learn more about product definition.

Oversized Items

Rolls that are 10' feet and above in any width or length need to be packed the same way it was delivered to you and needs to be returned by freight truck. Carefully pack the item in its original shipping wrap. EcoGreen America is not responsible for picking, packing, and loading the item back to the freight truck. All returned oversized items are fully inspected upon their arrival back at our warehouse.

We will give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion.

Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct 30% restocking fee if the item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at our warehouse or if an item is oversized or a customer order cancelled mid-transit. See Oversized Items to learn more about product definition.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
