How to Return an Item

We understand purchases don’t always work out. We work with you to make the process fast and easy. Items may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of shipment provided that the items are still in a sellable condition.

Items cannot be returned if:

  • They have been altered, mishandled or damaged
  • It is marked as non-returnable, non-refundable sale
  • It has been installed or show signs of installation

We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Precut Pieces Returns

Carefully pack the item in its original shipping wrap. Print the return number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box. Visit your local FedEx or UPS store to ship the items back to us.

Custom Cuts Return Policy

For all custom cuts turf, returns are subject to restocking fees of 30% of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. EcoGreen America reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for a refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received can all be returned without penalty, and your return shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
